http://www.RobertBritt.com You asked for it, you got it. how to do picture in picture for premier elements. Pretty simple really. basically lay down your first video, get it to the point where you want to add your PIP element. then import the element - whether it's a jpg or an avi, wmv, whatver. Then hold down the shift key , left click and drag the file onto the screen, let go of the mouse and select PIP. You can resize and reposition the clip as well. If it's a JPG you can also stretch it to cover more time. The most important part of inserting another video clip is timing. As you can tell, my timing on the second clip was slightly off, but I did this entire video, including editing in about 20 minutes.
Hope this helps adios, Rob
@PrinceDarnezzy2 You need to edit your clips prior to putting together the project. All the inserted clips that I use are just previous projects, or the result of something specific to the project they are intended for. Sorry for the delayed response, although ??maybe?? I answered on your channel.

@ussprinceton2004 premier elements doesn't have that option. You can change the size and location of the PIP element, but as far as I can figure out, the angle is not an option. maybe in premier pro... sorry for that bit of news.
If anyone can figure this out, let me know.. Thank you.

can you change the tilt or angle of the smaller screen so it looks like you're looking at it from the side?
