oooh what fun.

tain't no simple "blink blink"... but tis a "blink blink POW!".
-
The only way the Super Flash will "blind" someone is if they stare directly at it from the 0 degree angle. That's practically impossible for more than a second when we're talking about two moving objects at normal distances. It is a good idea to have some reflective material to help the driver gauge distance, since the flashing makes it hard.

@Gromitdog1 You'll definitely be feeling the heat after you get arrested for that.

Would this light be visible in the daytime (and I mean very visible, not slightly visible from 30 feet away like the standard 5 led that i have)? I sometimes like to ride on a busy road during the day (I never do night riding) and I want to have a daytime light that will be visible to vehicles that aren't paying attention or can't see me.

Trust me when I say that the standard light is more than enough. I cycle to work in dark in fog etc but also drive a car when needed. A standard 5 LED rear light is blinding enough and won't be missed but this type of super bright light is just taking the piss and is more likely to cause a crash or the cyclist getting hit than having the desired effect because with such a blinding light in the face of a driver means the driver cannot see the cyclist effectively or judge distances to safely pass.
