Here is the new C/S 70mm 10 blade fan unit. It's got lots of power as you can see. It knocked over my 11 1/2 pound breifcase full of tools and parts. Not bad for a 15 buck fan unit. It is set up with a Sapac D2842 3200Kv motor. The pack is a 4s 3300 40C Sky lipo and HobbyWing 80amp ESC. I got 1575 watts at 105.99 amps. Looks like I will need the 100 amp ESC for this one.
I think I should use this on my cpu.

it vibrates a bit, that'll kill the motor.

@wwmilanl The deifinition of ok has certainly changed, as the bar has been raised so far. Compared with not too many years ago, this fan with a 2500kv motor on 5s will provide good performance.

@wwmilanl Got a chance to test my Change Sun fan with a stock Venom F-86 2800kv motor on 4s. It's a great combination, 46amps and 750watts. I'm using a Turnigy 80amp Plush ESC. It's about 100watts more than the stock fan, and with throttle management it should fly a decent amount of time. If you test the 3200kv motor please post your results, this is a great little fan and the sound is really a nice change! I'll test fly my F-86 this weekend, I'll let you know how it goes.

@MrBigInfidel
It is my understanding that this fan will run OK with a 2500KV in a 6S setup, 3200Kv should be OK with a 4S setup.

I've got two of these fans now, will be testing motors today. But from what I understand, you need about a 2000kv motor to keep the amps down. I will start with a 2800kv motor and then move down from there. Your flight times will be very low with this set up.
