I've had this Oberheim Matrix-6 for a few years without ever really getting along with it. I think it's time to let it go.

Thanks :). I'm sorry but I don't remember. Most of the sounds were factory presets, slightly edited.

Thanks. it's been sold and returned by unhappy buyers twice. After the second "sale" I decided to keep it.

Good luck, Matrix-6s shouldn't be too hard to come by.

:) No, they most likely knew very well what this synth is all about. But I guess editing sounds on the Matrix-6 can be an overwhelming task... you have to be patient and have some level of experience to be able to translate your musical ideas into Matrix-6-parameters. If you've got that part down, then you're fine, but if you haven't, then you may regret getting it even if you love the sounds that come out of it.

Ha! Yes, that finger is in undeniably gay - and proud. I've done my best in making it ungay, but it claims it was born that way and that it can't be changed into something it's not. Straight camp certainly didn't help.

That is a nifty little tune there at the end. Even though you didn't consider it art, it sounded heck of a lot better than some of the crap out there that is published as "art".

1:23 sounds like the sound from The Birds on the last Telefon Tel Aviv album... such a nice warm sound, would sound so great playing with a dual filter

Great Sound! i love analog...really there are no effects added? Dsp (exeternal, plug-in, dsp mixer), or anything else external? because tonight i've find one Matrix-6 Rack, € 500,00! Good price in Italy, I'd like buy it a lot!!! Only Oberheim Sounds???!!!

why didn't they like it ?? sounds good. seems like it works fine. I have two Matrix 6R's. I like it.
