Thats so untrue! LOL Travelled with Norwegian this summer and i got the cheap tickets 399Nok but then it turns out you have to pay 40 extra for paying with your bank card, 60 extra for every baggage you bring, and I also had to pay extra because my baggage was overweight, 30 Nok per kilo... You dont get what you see when you book with Norwegian ;(
