Health benefits of far infrared saunas

Far infrared saunas use penetrating heat. The in-depth skin heating technology of far infrared waves remove toxins, which are often at the core of many health problems. Since humans are bio-accumulators, numerous toxins, which cannot be removed immediately after entry, are stored in our bodies. Infrared saunas help to accomplish detoxification in the following manner: A layer of fat and oil exists just below the surface of the skin. Heat from the sauna increases skin temperature, causing those fats and oils to "melt" and ooze out of the skin's oil glands. As sweat and oil are secreted, the toxins dissolved in them are secreted as well. By excreting these toxins and then washing them off your body, your toxic load is lowered and cellular health improves. Scientific analysis shows infrared heat induced sweat contains 5-6 times more toxins, fat and impurities than normal sweat
Far infrared heat deeply penetrates into the layers of skin tissue up to 5.08 cm (2 in.), causing the blood vessels to expand. This will improve blood circulation to soothe sore and aching muscles, nourish and purify the skin, and more.
Far infrared therapy has been effective in providing pain relief to those suffering from back pain, sprains, strains, bursitis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, headache, and many other muscular-skeletal ailments. Much of the stiffness and soreness that comes with aging can be reduced in an iComfort far infrared sauna.
Not only do iComfort far infrared saunas feel and look good, they are good!

  • Hey here is my favorite sauna! I have been asking my parents for a sauna since 2004! We researched home saunas for a while until we found this brand! Daddy got a great deal for one of these back in the fall of 2008! This sauna is a hit with my family! It has a radio inside the sauna with CD and radio (some saunas have radio tat is only accessible from outside the sauna.)

  • Hi,

Very true. Great sauna. The best I have seen. Bought it 1 year ago. Reliable and effective.

  • every 1 says their sauna is the best in market...

i know saunas are beneficial, but u just try to sell ur products,,creeps.

  • Sorry for posting same comment twice!

  • The radio also has remote control-how cool is that!!!!! I like this sauna because unlike in the all ladies gym I used to go to, I dont have to share it with strangers, no offence but Im shy, Im not into seeing strangers naked, and not all women are shy, or respectful of other peoples shyness. Plus I get to use aromatherapy, listen to music, and to the water of my indoor fountain outside the sauna. So its all nice!

  • By the way, this sauna has multi-light-colour therapy as well, which is exactly what I was looking for! Cant beat it.

PS: Sorry for posting the almost same comment twice. How come I did not see my previous comment before I wrote this comment? Weird!

  • Seriously this is a great investment and it healthy too! Nothing beats owning you own sauna in the privacy and comfort of your own home! For shy people like me, having your own home sauna is great as I dont have to share the sauna with strangers at an all womens gym! Next item on my list: A steam shower! I already convinced daddy to get that one too! LOVE DADDY!

  • Been loving this sauna ever since! After I work out in my home gym area, I use this sauna! So relaxing! Plus since its my own sauna, I can use any aroma therapys cent oils I want! At the ladies only gym I used to go to, due to some allergic people, we were not allowed to sue aromatherapy, which is totally understandable! Plus Ive got a fountain and its lovely to hear the sound of water while Im in the sauna!
