This film is fantastic. It's shot in the amateur style that a true killer would be as realistic as possible.
Incredibly creepy, tough to watch in some scenes, not for the faint of heart.
Only way you could watch something that looks closer to a real murder on tape would be to watch snuff.

@EllieMusic845 the Water Street Butcher is not a real killer. Kendall Francois is the one serial killer from Poughkeepsie who would come close to being what this movie is about, but he just killed white prostitutes and was absolutely not nick named the Water Street Butcher.

At any given time there are about 20 to 25 ACTIVE serial killers in the US. Its actually a bigger problem then most people would care to admit.

@Fabnakas1 well actually he isn't wrong. The movie is a mockumentary based on the actual water-street-butcher who killed in Poughkeepsie New York, but some of the movie's killer's attributes are based on several other killers. Ted Bundie comes to mind.
The movie is just that, a movie based on a true story, made to look as real as possible.

Banned in the USA (probably) for a reason that will surprise you, but make sense to you. This movie fucked my day up, I had to do the research on it to get to sleep at night. To top it off, I live in Lancaster County. FIND IT, WATCH IT.
