This is my routine to reduce stress, build strength, balance and get a mild, low impact workout. This form is call 'Chi' because it helps develop strong chi. Alternately shifting my body weight in this manner gives me release in my hips, torso and shoulders. I'm focused on my breath mostly; drawing my lungs full of Light, releasing all negativity, pain, doubt, fear from my body and soul. I feel lighter and lighter. My movements become more and more confident. Using the FlowGrips adds weight and counterbalance for polarizing the focus of each side of my body. My balance and timing have improved. There is absolute silence in the park where I workout meaning, there was no music playing when this was recorded. The music is in my head. My own rhythm plays through my body until i stop.
