I am sorry, this video was for my speech class. it had to less then 6minuetes. You can get the supplies at "sally's Beauty Supply".
The electric nail file I got about a year ago at walgreens :P haha. it's pretty good for a starter. No you do not need a license to buy this because it is ment for people who cannot/do not know how to do it professionally. instructions are in the box, pretty self explanatory :)
