Thanks Bridget. That was an interesting series of documents you presented. I have a feeling that has the U.S. collapses financially, secrets will come out and be revealed to the public. This will cause a shift towards a new paradigm. Where it will take us, I have no idea, but i find that exciting in itself. I am ready to leave this rock to go explore the galaxy, were I given the chance.

That is called a fallstreak hole. It is not the doing of HAARP, which may not even be real. What happens here is as the cloud rises, it begins to cool to below 0 degrees ferinheit. The water particules refuse to freeze until another one freezes first. From unknown factors, a patch of it freezes and becomes dense, drifting to the ground in a sheet of ice particules. It is commonly though of as a UFO barrier impresion, but rest assured, it is a natural phenomena.
