HI; I am the seller. The buyer knew just what he was doing but i didn't let him get away with it. This is one of the only times I won a dispute on Paypal, the buyer almost always wins. It is just not fair how sellers get treated. Mike

@Gmanmusicllc Good for you. The same thing happens to us. Visa basically says "f--k you' to the seller. We file police reports when this happens, but we still loose the case against the buyer. Visa and mastercard are criminals..

It's VERY easy to get scammed on ebay.

on man what a hassle; I feel for the guy. But, also, I realize for the first time what am impact ebay has had not only on the mailing industry in this country but also law enforcement. Never thought about it til now. Wonder what others have been affected by windfall net.com sales in this past ten years and growing I suspect.

this is so sad.. paypa and ebay make it where we sellers all need to have our own merchant accounts and we just need to stop using these Gangstas

omg that really sucks.... they stole it. yeah i've got some stuff stolen a Dress and i got scammed for a gift card too..i'm done selling on there. i may buy some stuff but not sure.. i like Amazon
