This song is wonderful. I heard it played live with Vigilantes of Love @ Eastern College in St. Davids PA in like 1997 I think. It was a cool coffee house setting, sort of like the one in this video, except the whole band was there. I used to have the VOL album with this song on it, but it was stolen along with a bunch of other CD's :(

This is the great tragedy of American tastes: such a phenomenal songwriter (rated one of the top 100... one of the top 5 or 10 on my list)and musician and only 687 views. There's a difference between a best-kept secret and a majority that has no clue what it's missing.
