Exactly what I needed: New Form of Injuring Myself(TM). My doctor will be very happy that after the various degrees and types of lower limb injury he gets the opportunity of studying upper limbs and head too!!! But hell, it's so fun! And it's always better than watching TV and stuffing your face with crap for hours with no end. (BTW; I was joking, I have never had a severe injury besides a short ITBS case)

@runlevel0 No one is good at every aspect of CrossFit, so you would do well in the long, drawn-out body weight workouts. I'm more of a sprinter. I like lifting heavy for short periods of time. Check out a CrossFit in your area - what do you have to lose except an hour?

@incognito217 I was actually trying to learn to in order to decide wether crossfit was for me or not (I'm marathon runner, but my coordination sux big time, lol)

@Skrappy777 yeah mate that's my aiming too, sometimes i can hold a decent handstand for like 10 seconds ..? but it's rare yet :D :D
