8 years to the day, with Barrack Obama as President, Osama Bin Laden is dead. - Chances are it would have been sooner if Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld hadn't diverted US forces to Iraq. - Meanwhile, the Taliban was also allowed to escape and form alliances with the Pakistani government, military and intelligence forces. Thus has Pakistan ('s nuclear capability) become the US's (and probably India's) greatest threat. - However, the important thing was "Mission Accomplished" was a great sound bite.
