dude i need ur help.i am trying to do pull ups,i have access to 2 kind of bars one is thick and another is thin .on thinner one i can do 3 pull ups but on thicker bar i am not able to do even a single pull up ,what do u think abb this?

lolol you are overtraining big time! HIT cardio not more than twice a week. 4 times a week working out is a bit too much aswell. do chest + tric on mondays, back + bic on wednesdays and shoulders/delts + legs on fridays. on tuesdays and wednesdays you do 15 minutes of HIT cardio. NOT MORE, or your body will mess with your testosterone levels and you will lose muscle which you need to burn calories. youre welcome cheers

Hey you are reealy smart when it comes 2fitness. Can you PLEEASE give me your oppinion on this?? I would greatly appreciate it.. I am going so start doing high intensity cardio 6times a week for 50min I will only du this for 2months2reduce my body fat percentage. I also work out 4times a week would you consider that overtraining? Or is ther a chance that I can loose muscle mass?I would GREATLY appreciate your oppinion on this. Pleease and thanks.

Hi Nalewany. I got a question. For how long we should do cardio exercises in order to maintain lean muscle mass and burn body fat. Some people in the gym said that if you do cardio for 30 minutes you lose muscle. For how many minutes i should do cardio exercise.

do pushups and bicep curls not too much because then then arms will shrink 1day and rest for 5 to 6 days while eating good protein and good carbs in your resting time and thats it do it again and again, i do 15reps of 10kg and i put my weight up on my bar by 5 kg 3 sets and the do different position all together i do 9 sets all together 135 reps ive done and rested for 5 to 6 days

how are this guys biceps so big man i wish my arms were that big, am just 15, about to be 16 but i want big arms like his, anyone know any good ways on what to do?
