    I am saddened to hear of the death of Lisa Blount, who played the scheming Lynette Pomeroy in this movie. She gave it all in everything that she was in. This is one of my all time favorite movies. We love you, Lisa. And we will miss you. RIP.

    In addition to this movie, one of my favorite military-based movies(which is based on the career of Carl Brashears) is "Men of Honor", starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Robert DeNiro. Made this 61-year-old sailor get misty-eyed.

    I don't get it, why should drugs be illegal? I don't do drugs and never did, don't smoke, but why to take this from other people? I say let them live their life as they want. And if they get addicted and stuff there are a lot of reabilitation centres nowadays
