Glad u r doing R3P2. I have my gallbladder surgery tomorrow so after I've recovered, I'll do my 3rd round. I loaded both times on all High Fats and that got me quickly into Ketosis and I avoid a large weight gain.

Just wanted to tell you..."You look fabulous darling!" It's hard to believe your on round 3 already. What is your goal weight? I'm looking forward to being done early Nov. and I'll see about doing next round. I'm on track with a loss of 16.4 lbs. R2 day 21. Want to lose 20 more, so R3 will be short if necessary. Im not sure what my goal weight is. I just want the belly fat to melt away. I carry fat in my belly, so I look thin until I turn sideways or take off my clothes..lol
Im hoping this is my last round.. I still havent hit my last injection weight! 1 pound to go to reach that AGAIN!
I think you are looking great too! Im so excited to hear how your trip goes. Keep me posted in case I am not able to keep up the VLOGs.
