It looks awesome but there are many many many and many easyer ways to make a sculpt. You start with a sphere 3d to make a head neck and shoulders.Instead of that you could yust use ZSphere to get rough shape and then start sculpting! Saves time drasticly! :) Sorry 4 my lame English and again great work! Cheers

of course it is, but I wanted to do a bust from a sphere, not a bust from a shape that already resemble a bust.

make a copy of the subtool (polymesh3D) and use mirror from modify, then insert mesh in geometry tab

You can use ReTopology with ZSpheres and project the details on the new mesh that now has subdivision levels.
