This is the first episode of a dual-series dedicated to one of the 25 New Flyer ex-CNG D40 operated by Coast Mountain Bus in Vancouver. Enjoy your ride onboard bus 3278, a 1995 New Flyer D40 that was delivered as a CNG-powered C40 in 1995, converted to become a diesel bus in 2005. This video was recorded onboard route 247, a rush-hour commuter express, starting at Bute on Georgia in Downtown Vancouver, crossing the Lions Gate Bridge offering breathtaking views of the Burrard Inlet, and ending the journey at Marine Drive and Garden Avenue in North Vancouver. If you wish to continue on with this journey to the classy residential neighborhood of Upper Capilano, be sure to watch the second episode of this series!
