Una lastima que esta formacion no pudiera tocar en el Estadio San Marcos en Lima, Peru en Dic.1971,justo hace 40 años,porque los estudiantes comunistas de la Universidad ocasionaron disturbios para impedir el concierto y la dictadura militar expulsó a la banda del Peru. Yo tenía 11 años y recien empezaba a escuchar rock (Beatles, CCR, Guess Who y un año despues a Grand Funk y lo mas heavy de Zeppelin (whole Lottta love que me parecio en esa epoca algo totalmente nuevo y excitante y Black dog).

I read some crazy story that Neil Schon was trying to take over the band. Even trying to have Santana himself kicked out. Any of this true? The best Journey show I saw was Greg's last with them.

Hey it is OK, Gregg was just in his "happy place" It was their generation, part of the life style. No harm done. And he is a wonderful musician, artist, and (you can tell by his kids ) a wonder hubby and Dad !!
