Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.
Video Submission Standards:
Prior to starting, film the barbell and plates to show that it is loaded to the appropriate weight for your division. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A second person with a stopwatch will need to be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from the side so that it is clear that proper depth and lockout is being reached on the thrusters and the chest can be seen touching the bar on the pull-ups.

@42chalky, we all really appreciate you being the prototype dbag that looks at Crossfit videos and hates on kipping. However, I'll respectfully ask you, if you were competing against over 50,000 people worldwide to put up the most reps you possibly could, would you do strict pullups? He's OBVIOUSLY doing it to save his arms and lats and to get faster turnover. But please, go do this 7 minute workout with strict pullups and get less reps than Neal. We'd all love to see it.

I agree with you on the audio quality. However I don't like the ubiquitous super loud and indefinable noise that was popular in the 80's or 90's during a mosh pit party or whatever it was or whenever, it was bad then and continues to be bad. Additionally it's very much like the music Nazi white supremacist use to inspire their tribes. I don't think we should be associated with that crowd. All I say is personally, I can't stand it. We're allowed to have likes and dislikes, even in Crossfit.
