This absorbing glimpse into the colorful life and mysterious death of Bob Crane stars Greg Kinnear as the handsome and charming actor who became famous as the star of the hit TV comedy Hogan's Heroes (1965-1971). Crane dove into the freewheeling spirit of the times with relish, having affairs with numerous women, eventually documenting his exploits with video technician and pal John Carpenter (Willem Dafoe), an association that may very well have led to his murder in a Scottsdale, Arizona motel room in 1978. 2002 Sony Pictures Classics Inc.
