technology isnt everything you know just because the philippines doesnt have advc tech it doesnt mean we cant put up a fight this kind of thinking has been proven in the past that advc technology doesnt necessarily mean victory just look at the american vietnam war the vietmen didnt even have airforces that can fight the us airforce and still they won or how about bin laden it took the worlds most powerful country a decade and billions of dollars before they got him so dont underestimate anyone
