Crane Beach fishing for striped bass as they move in on the newly arrived sand eels. There are not a lot of fish and there are not a ton of sand eels but its the first time in 2 weeks that they have been back! Small bait balls are moving in and it should turn in a stream by next week? As the water clears and the bait packs in the bigger fish 25-30 inches) fish should start showing? Its happened the last 10 years so why not this year?

  • @brianmoc what lure did u use?

  • @Thelaxprofisherman thats a jumping minnow

  • Awesome video! Which rod u use?

  • @TheBran234 St. Croix's Wild River series. Steelhead pole & money in the bank for stripers!

Though it's designed as a salmon pole, it is perfect for small strippers & blues in the spring and mid summer.

  • :) i think its harder to catch the sand eels? :)
