To down him, the Australian umpires kept noballing him. See, even the Australian umpires cheat. Some day you will find a way to throw dirt on Aleem Dar and Tendulker, so Simon Taufel and Border may look the best. The greatest captain of all times was Clive Lloyd. If Jeff Thomson can put a ball at the batsman's feet currently travelling

at over 160km/hr, it suggests it has been released from the hand at

something like 180km/hr .... which is a much higher speed than anything

Shoab Akhtar/Brett Lee have ever come remotely close to.

Speeds given in modern times are speeds out of the bowlers hand as measured from the batsman's end(by radar gun). Speeds given for Jeff Thomson are speeds of the ball arriving at the batsman's end as measured by high frame speed camera. One metre after delivery a ball has decreased speed by around 0.97 km/hr.
