Part 8 here is dominated by the segment from old Joe's 'office' that goes for over 4 minutes. It is a long stretch of material almost straight from the book. Kind of boring don't you think to have to watch 4 minutes straight from one single movie? hehe.
Patrick Stewart's version has it's usual abundance of accurate material in which I unfortunately have to include the worst Ghost of Christmas yet to Come ever made.
Absolutely the WORST ghost of Christmas yet to come. I agree wholeheartedly. It looks like it came out of the 60's Star Trek. Not even Jean luc Picard could help this one. I also think he was on roller skates. Totally.

There have been many excellent presentations of this classic Dickens.My personal favourite is Albert Finney as Scrooge,closely followed by George.C.Scott.
