I suspect many listeners won't fully appreciate what an awesome player Baborak is. For me in the top handful of all time! The Gliere is staggeringly difficult and he pulls it off as well as anyone since Baumann. Needless to say, Allegrini would also excel (I've not heard him give a full concert performance but I've heard him playing excerpts in a masterclass and I could only say as I did when listening to Baborak, "WOW"). The standard of horn playing today is so high!
