I hope that during the past year you have found out what the particle "o" is used for. I have been led to believe that "o" marks the preceeding word as the object of the sentence or as place of departure. I think there were some other uses for it aswell, but I don't quite remember what.
I'm going to practice japanese with a girl telling her "Shatsu o nuide kudassai"
