Drummers - Don't Just Play Something, SAY SOMETHING!

@DzagielAreq Not at all. Danny Carey was a huge influence on me growing up and I have nothing against his style, nor anyone else's. Hell, I've played in extreme metal situations as well. Unfortunately, many people these days are only aware of what they see and they usually only see what is popular. I simply want to let drummers (and all musicians) know that there is always more than one way of playing and approaching the instrument. I have love for all! #RepKindBeats

Really nice playing indeed, that's the kind of drumming we don't see enough of today...awesome technique used on the ride cymbal to bend the pitch =)

Very nice, man! I really dig the melodic approach. Sincerely, Hips-kind-beats ;-)

Beautiful in it's simplicity. Thank you for sharing.

very lyrical! So many drummers these days play with the dynamic range of a 747... a pleasure to HEAR what is being expressed!

I have always loved the beauty of simplicity. As drummer, we should always seek to create mood, musical texture, and most of all, FEEL. Good job.
That mallets is a BT8(bamboo timpani Mallet with maplewood head) from innovativepercussion ???
