Hello everyone! I decided to make a tutorial to help some of you artist learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, the program i use for my anime coloring! You will need to view this video in the highest video quality to read the small words, Youtube make it blurry if you view at 240p - 720p please view in HD quality!

This is part 3, and includes The last of the digital shading tutorial as well as some finishing touches. I use a Wacom Bamboo tablet and the normal "Brush" tool for my shading, as well as the "Magic Wand" tool for selecting the ares which i am shading. I use Adobe Photoshop CS3, but a lot of the Photoshop's newer and older have the same tools. If you have absolutely any questions, do leave a comment!

Some little hints:
♥Ctrl Z undoes your previous action

♥Make sure you have the History and Layers windows present in your Workspace

♥Layers are very important while drawing, and using lots of layers can help so you don't make mistakes accidentally erasing the wrong thing.

♥When you have a lot of layers, it can become confusing. Make sure to name your layers so that you can keep track of them. Also, by holding Shift and selecting all the layers, you can hold Ctrl G this will form a Group and those layers will be placed in that Group. The Group looks like a little folder.

♥Ctrl T is a shortcut to "Transform" which will allow you to change the size and dimensions of the contents on the layer you have selected. If you hold Shift while changing the size of the selected contents of a layer, the contents will stay in there symmetrical form.

♥When inking and coloring, its better to make a line that's long and drawn quickly, then trim it down with the eraser. Most time, the long lines will be the right angle, where if you drew slowly and in a short distance, your lines will be all squiggly from trying to get it straight.

♥Digital art gives you the wonderful ability to fix your mistakes, save often and don't be afraid to redraw and edit something when you know it a little off, your digital paper will never get worn down from erasing, and you pens will never go out of ink!

The songs featured in this video are Hatsune Miku songs, and a song from DDR. I do not own these songs, they belong to their creators.
