A group of bonobos in the D.R. Congo (formerly Zaire) gather sugar cane and carry it away while walking bipedally. Also touches on the the matriarchal nature of bonobo society.

From the NatGeo documentary "The New Chimpanzees".

  • @pillowbugg why are you telling ME that ? a moron before me said , "This does not explain the transition between chimp to human and a change in the DNA". I was asking him why chimps would become humans.pls read my comment again,

  • @shariotoflove and in order to convict someone of a crime, there must ALWAYS be an observer, especially in the case of murder. It's called evidence.

You fail...you're an idiot. The end.

  • @nathanmarto along with the environment begin turning into a savannah, so bi-pedel helped with predator vision.

  • @nathanmarto actually, a study concurred that gathering food/subsistence using and then carrying with hands proved to be what drove selection for upright bi-pedel locomotion.

  • @onlyforytb lol...chimps never became human. Humans never 'came' from chimps.

Also, you never 'came' from your 3rd cousin either. You and your 3rd cousin SHARE a common ancester.....

Your question= "how is it that I was supposedly an infant at one time, and why did my genes change between my 3rd cousin and I"?

THE answer= humans and chimps SHARE a common ancester, who lived millions of years ago. This is a FACT! Not an opinion, not a belief, not a wish...a FACT!

  • @shariotoflove "This does not explain the transition between chimp to human and a change in the DNA" how can chimps become human ? a better question : Why would chimps become humans?
