in response to "douche bag" I rebuttled. Dead wrong about people that work for Vector being indepedent contractors? I don't mean to attack but I don't like misleading or incorrect information about the company that has changed my life floating around the internet-which people take as truth rather than experience it for themselves. Subjective opinions/posts skew the vision of the company and what it does for those that work hard and don't give up.

im the manager for vector in alabama, it seems as if you had problem orders that needed to be checked out so good job making people think vector is a scam. im sure your problem orders went through and you received the rest of your money.

@00taurus Actually I just recently was awarded money here in California for the over 5 million dollar class action lawsuit that Vector lost regarding the money it was scamming out of its employees. But you being a manager I'm sure you already know all about that.

@okaythenbob. 1. vector doesn't have employees-we are independent contractors but i guess you missed that in the interview/training/the contract you signed. 2. If you didn't get paid you should have contacted your manager instead of making a youtube video. 3. I just paid off my 12,000 dollars in student loan debt from running a branch office for the summer (talk about scam-have you seen the interest rates on loans people take out for school, houses, cars?

@graveytrain55 Well according to the supreme court of the state of california you are dead wrong so that ends that argument. And the beauty of life is that I can post a video about anything. Especially after my manager ignores my messages regarding my paycheck. But I commend you for paying off your student loans. I just love how everyone commenting on this go automatically into attack mode rather than enjoying the obvious humor of the video.

unfortunately you start out making 10% of what you make so if you ACTUALLY sold 1300 you would have made $145 bc $300 of that would have been at 15% bc HERE at CUTCO, you a get a 50% promo at 1k...so unfortunately you either didn't sell 1300 or u had problem orders cuz ya lied...we knew this was sketchy from all the random assorts of people in the background...Oh by the way, the pampered chef lady owns CUTCO...

I bet you didn't turn in a QPR which is mentioned in your interview and is stated in your contract and was also mentioned 5-10x in training. You will always get your commissions as long as you turn in your orders but your manager doesn't know how many appointments you actually completed unless you turn in one of those forms.

@redharley430 I'm confused...Vector pays me and I'm sure they'll pay "the sales family around Charlotte NC" too but I don't know what that means. Call Vector Field Services(716-373-6146) ...it's like customer service that all the other non-scam domestic companies have except we have American workers answering the phones instead of outsourcing our labor to Thailand.

That's weird because I went for an interview and they told us we gonna get base pay of $150 no matter if we sell or not. However, if we sell and make for example $200 in commission we keep it $200. If we make $100 we take $150. That's how guy explained this.
