Jocelyn Bomah, Assistant Manager for the Regulatory Administration, National Communications Authority (NCA) in Ghana, discusses her experience in training with the USTTI.
In 2010, Ms, Bomah attended the USTTI's Regulatory and Privatization sequence along with 25 other officials from Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Iraq, Lesotho, Liberia, Nepal, Peru, Rwanda, Trinidad and Tobago, Sierra Leone and Zambia. During her time with the USTTI, Ms. Bomah participated in courses offered by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy (UKTA), AT&T and the IBM Institute for Electronic Government.
