@xKINGkhanSRKx they do that in training videos so others think thats how you get bigger, but in reality people know they are hiding there true form and techniques. Some don't and copy their form and get nowhere, thesed guys are greats they would never just do their ACTUAL workout so people can copy there secrets and branch off it.
