But he hasn't sold his heart. He's doing exactly what his heart tells him to do now, which is share the simplicity and inspiration of cooking while looking after his family financially.

The other day I followed his recipe for quick home-made herbed lamb chops, and I can say categorically that it was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten.

He's always said he used bottles and stock cubes in the kitchen.
