@aqolek eat well, apply oil regularly (coconut or amla), use non chemical shampoos, avoid hair dryers.

My friend is an indian and she uses coconut oil. Since the only place to buy it where I live is two hours away, she said I could use baby oil instead. Does baby oil work as well?

Hair oil stops your hair falling out gradually. I was losing a lot in my hairbrush and then I started using inexpensive Almond hair oil like all the Indian ladies round here and it works. You oil your hair twice a week, leave it in for a long time (1 hour or overnight) and then wash with a good shampoo and use a conditioner., rinse out or leave in, doesn't matter. It keeps your colour and adds body. That's why all these Indian girls have got lustrous hair and keep it till they are old!
