  • actually AWD is better at drifting then RWD we can get better angles and its also easier to do

but the sport of drifting requires a RWD car, thus are monster AWD drifts are renamed power slides

but on the real all i have to do in my evo is turn my wheel and floor it i just have to feather my gas to keep it going.

  • @intj123 so are you saying i'm a noob , or others ? Because what i said is basically just missing the part that you said it has to be tuned well and stuff ( cause i expect everyone to know that already )

  • @ProjectRevoLutioN21 actually all you noobs dont know what you're talkin about. It depends too much on how the car is tuned. Just changing the tires on an Evo from the Stock Advans to whatever else will drastically change the handling characteristics and driver input. That's just the beginning, I can go on about suspension and weight and brakes and blah blah but basically, if the car is tuned well, you should be able to control it well.

  • @delta4s true :)

  • @WeThinkWeRFast I disagree , RWD is much more easier , AWD cars has to be perfect in power and your skills must be extreme , too little angle and it will get back to a straight line , too much and it will oversteer ~

  • a powerslide is using the cars power to slide. a drift is just a controlled slide and can be done with anything, even fwd cars. thats what tsuchiya said

  • @WeThinkWeRFast yeah true but another way to awd drift is to keep the gas floored and and control the car with just the steering. it works well if you are an aggresive driver

  • @dexxy45

...So with that definition, are all "drift" RC cars power sliders not "drifters" in the strictest sense? Since they are almost all 4WD?

  • @DriftTaifuu Sure.Easy to explain: Drift is sliding != controlled slide ,2x Drifting mening =1Drifting name its for drift competition(mostly for RWD and less for AWD) .2nd drifting name its for just going sideways. In all diffrent drive cars Still got 2 steer like the same, only with RWD and AWD its easier 2make bigger and longer drifts but at the end rwd drifts are more difficult and easier to spin but giving more satisfaction. So I dont see any sense saying that only rwd can driffting.
