Yea, I sold my PS2 a few months ago :(
Well, I could always pick up a used one for about 50 bucks, and throw another 40 for PIU Exceed with two mats on eBay. It's worth it :)
It sucks that it's so unknown in North America, making it impossible to get in regular retailers.

Hey, I have a question for you - I love PIU but I have an Xbox 360. I know it's compatible but how would the mats plug into the console? Are they USB? Thanks!

The mats don't work with the 360. They have a standard hookup for a regular Xbox. There's a chance you could get an Xbox-to-USB converter and play that way, but I kind of doubt that it would work.
If all else fails there is a PS2 version as well, so if you have one, you're all set.
