  • Hi tcottle11, Annie Tsai, Director of Client Services, from Demandforce replying. Today, we have over 20 industry cross-trained specialists on my team, so not sure where the 4 came from. The team is also growing to put additional emphasis on proactive outreach, social media, and community, which I think our customers will be really excited about.

  • I heard that Demand Force only has 4 customer service reps. While Smile Reminder has 25 reps and each Smile Reminder client is assigned their own rep. Is that true? If it is what is Demand Force's ability to handle their clients with just 4 support reps?
