Russia's tech rivals Usa's? Lol are you delusional? russian military is still using the old ak47's they used in the cold war, The Usa spends billions on military bases and weapons. They have stuff that is out of this world and you compare russia's simple ak47 to that level of technology? Lol.

People forget that Russia built twice as many nukes as Russia and their tech is almost identical to America's.

@YouTheory the s400 is for aircraft, not ballistic missiles, only the us and nato have the aegis which will shoot down some nukes but not enough, SAMS are for planes and cruise missiles, not ballistic missiles
