  • I mean if thats what you think man, bodybuilding is more about resistance and stimulating the muscle with good technique than lifting heavyweights its not powerlifting, I mean I don't think there is anything wrong with being 150 with 7% bodyfat, what percent are you? i'm very fit really, building muscle takes time, you only build a bit of muscle at a time about 5-10 kg a year while keeping your fat down, I think its stupid when ppl say like i'm 190 lbs and like 30% bf, fat is useless.

  • you don't need lots of weight for 21s lol can you do serious weights with 21s? if so amke a vid, its 27 kg and thats plenty of weight for 21s thankyou.

  • good exercise but i think you need to get some juice in ya deca n sus good to start with

  • Keep elbows in the same position.

  • Drop the shoulders, bring them back, bend your kness slightly, arms squeezed tight up against the lats, drop the weight and curl with the arms and only arms in rom. Swinging is bad for your back and your also taking the biceps out of the exercise by incorparating the rest of your body. It's a good exercise none the less.

  • You sad cunt. I'm 132 lbs big stones and im doin 21's with 35kg all COD on the side. And about your so called good technique, my cat would do it better, you swung nearly every rep up using your back you silly child. Why don't you drop the weight to say 10kg like my 2 year old neice would do saying as you might do it properly. FAG!!!!
