  • Then it'll be his companions abandoning HIM rather than the other way around for a change.

So no..overall i enjoyed the ep. The very last ep was a bit..meh..for me..but oh well.

  • shutting him down so quickly. I woulda liked to have seen more of that..and with the master being in the next episode you could have had that "join me.." scene where the doctor up until then uses normally out of character methods in order to serve what he sees as the greater good and destroy the master..only to realise he has become that which he is fighting.Either that or have the doctor take on the mantle of the master then be killed by a companion and regenerate some sense!

  • You're a hard hard man. I don't care if those people were "supposed" to die, the deaths were still tragic..and their death scenes were pretty damn awesome..self sacrifice and all that.

So i don't agree with you on that at all. Yea ok a few scenes are maybe references to other zombie like stories but come on..its expected. Its a zombiesque story. You gripe is unwarrented sir.

I loved the dark doctor, i think that it would have been better to carry it on into the next story instead of..

  • great review how come youve no done any of sarah jane exept the firts one

  • how dare u say that david tennant is thee blady best u idiot

  • adalade should have shot the doc in the back :P

Gets us closer to matt smith i guess :)

  • I actually enjoyed the whole episode alot. But then like you said im new to the series as my first Doctor was Eccleston so the idea of him wrestling with his concious abot either saving people or letting time as he knows it take its course. Put it this way, this episode didn't bore me literally to sleep like last years Christmas special did.

  • Actually we could easily identify with Adelaide in this story as she was saying what the audience was thinking...

Like "what the hell are you doing Doc?"

The Doc took up the role of the Master here a bit and Adelaide was our gateway to that.

  • By the way, which skin care products do you use?? Us ladies would kill to have a face that smooth looking!!!!!

  • Liking your review Timey. David Tennant really shows his acting heavyweight at the end - agreed.

Just a tit bit of info - I was at the same college at the same time as the new future Doc Who assistant, I was asked by the media if I had any good stories about her, but I didn't know her - it was a big college!!!!

    :) X
