can i play this game with a intel core i7 CPU , 8GB ram and with a NVIDIA geforce GT 550M

Ps3 has and amd 1950 graphics card and it runs so smooth at 720p.
Xbox 360 has an nvidia 7900 so booth have an very old and slow card.
It is all caused by the optimation and the fact that the consoles are closed devices.

A Windows 7 PC with Intel Core i7 2600K "Sandy Bridge" CPU and 8 GB RAM should be able to pump out at least 30 FPS in 1920x1080 resolution running on integrated graphics, I think. May possibly be over 240 FPS when combined with the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 580, though.
