PLEASE PLEASE HELP!I can't log into luna i made an account,checked my email,comfirmed it, and when i tried logging in i put my password and I.D. but couldn't log in because it said "ID or password incorrect" I spent 1 hour trying to find it out but it won't let me, WHY!

just type the ID and password, thats how I do it, sometimes it freezes but it usually unfreezes

i downloaded everything and when i click 'start game', it loads and suddenly it says Error 144: try rebooting or execute the game to avoid collusion.
