Alright, I know this was from the 80's but they couldn't have done a little better of a job then this 5:00. And they seem to do this in a lot of the episodes, anyone have a clue why?

This episode confuses me though, Megan sort of implies that Robin Hood is only a story tale character, but he actually existed in real life.

Yes. But Whizzer replaced her in the regular series, so if you want you can pretend Whizzer is Firefly.

Applejack is only in the pilot episode, "Rescue From Midnight Castle". For the regular series, she was replaced by Cherries Jubilee, so if you want you can pretend Cherries Jubilee is Applejack. She's in "Fugitive Flowers", "The Revolt of Paradise Estate" and "The Prince and the Ponies".

@okuni2 That and Toei's animation department tended not to put in good effort into footage produced for American shows. Compare the animation quality of the American G1 Transformers cartoon with that of "The Headmasters".
