all of her kicks are wrong..your supposed to kick with the outside edge of your foot...that way your kick will be more efficient :D

aha, you are right, this i realise, but she also does kicks that have nothing to do with that way of kicking like the one with her heel or the 0:20 kicks and as i read your comment i did not understand it because i couldn't possibly imagine how to use the outside edge of your foot in those kicks, thanks for clearing things up

@tipsy700 Kicking with your foot flat is great for kicking in doors or so, but if you want to injure/hurt somone real bad you tild your foot while kicking so that the edge of your foot makes contact first, instead of your intire foot
