ZBOX AD02 running Ubuntu live XBMC to play Killa-sample.mkv 1080p and showing bad performance. It is a problem having ATI graphics card to work with Linux.
@exodous02 I've researched this and it looks like it has to do with Ubuntu xvba driver, here is a post I read: "The "big pixels" are probably because killa-sample and other videos showing this are encoded with h.264 level > 4.1. The xvba backend driver reduces the number of references needed by h.264 in this case. There might be a better way of dealing with level > 4.1. vdpau does not support level > 4.1 either but plays killa-sample fine."
Has this been resolved yet? I'm in the market for a new mini-pc and was thinking of getting this. I run Linux Mint so I'd get the same results. Have there been any graphic driver updates?

I guess it has nothing to do with the driver?
