I am checking out the preview build of ARMA II - The designers have made a simulator in the helicopter with collective. Its a blast to fly... I am sure the noobs will be falling from the skys.

Ofp2 is for console kids. Real OFP fans play arma/arma2. The fact that you use the expression 'ftw' underlines my point.

Get a new intel CPU I5 or I7 and 4GB Ram. Nvidia 250 or better on the graphics card. A sata drive should be enough but if you want some extra kick get a solid state drive (in addition to your Sata) and install Arma II on it. It doesn't have to be an expensive drive a 60GB should be enough.

The chopper in the finished game is so much easier to fly its like night and day.

The pop up only effects you when your starting a level.

This game is not coming to consoles, the designers haven't even said anything about ARMA2 going to the console so STFU and spend your money where it counts like on a decent computer!
