@nicinoo Hey, I wouldn't buff the stamper a lot.. it may ruin it.. Do you use nail polish remover with added oils? This can also be the problem
-
I tried this for the very first time and I found the first few worked well, after that it wasn't as great, what am I doing wrong. I read you need to buff the stamper is that correct? Also do you clean the scraper as well as the plate and stamper. I was happy considering it's my first go but I can get a lot better so any tips would be great! Thanks : )

@puppy10532 - Does this happen with all brands of polish or only one brand? If it's all brands, try pushing the stamper onto your nail harder, really roll it on with more pressure. If that doesn't help I would try very gently filing the top of your stamper with a nail file and see if that helps. If it's an issue related to only certain stamping polishes, then likely it's the nail polish itself and not your technique.

One of the best tutorials on youtube! Really helpful thank you. Can you remember what polish you were wearing here? It's gorgeous :)

@smoothielovinmum - Thanks! It was "Sci-Fi" from China Glaze stamped over Man Glaze, their matte black. Any matte black will give you a similar look though, and silver would look great too. Topcoat turned it shiny and that's it. :-)
