YT Edit Video button fix of unstabilized graffiti alley - Baltimore Photographer research

Test of new YouTube "Edit Video" button fixing up shaky, dim, dark night stroll through Baltimore graffiti alley. It's more colorful and lighter but the stabilization introduced rough spots maybe because with Edit Video has one setting for stabilization, on or off, not degrees like in the YouTube Editor.
